How to add Media to vDC in VMware Vcloud Director

How to add Media to vDC in VMware Vcloud Director?

To make a particular ISO available across multiple vDC in VMware vCloud Director perform these steps:

1. Click on Catalogs tab.
2. Click on + symbol to add new catalog.
3. Provide a name for the catalog.
4. Under the Add Storage page, select pre-provision on specific storage policy.
5. Select the desired vDC from the drop-down.
6. Add Users who'll be access to this catalog.
7. After the catalog is created, upload desired media to the catalog under Media & Other Tab.
8. If there is a media already available, Please right Click on it and Copy it to the newly created catalog.
9. Now the Media  can be used by the Virtual Machine in that vDC by clicking Insert CD/DVD from catalog and select the uploaded ISO.
