How to upgrade SOLR 4.10.4 to SOLR 6.1.0?

Download solr-5.0.0 and start it.
From the GUI create all collections
copy index data from 4.x to 5.0
Then optimize all collections
stop solr 5.0 and download and start solr 6.x
create all collections in solr 6.x
copy all index files from 5.0 to 6.x
optimize all collections and you should be ready.
