Error:
FATAL: Cannot connect to MySQL server on 'localhost'. Please make sure you have specified a valid MySQL database name in 'include/config.php'

Resolution:
1. Check the file /srv/www/htdocs/cacti/include/config.php
2. Check your database name and password , if it is correct.
